Lodging

Convenient on-campus accommodations will be available for conference attendees at Crimson Hall, which is located on East Campus next to next to East Campus Commons which contains the dining hall utilized for summer conferences and the Parking Garage. Room styles consist of singles and doubles in a suite configuration. The most common suite configuration is two double rooms.


Available suite styles:

  • 3-person suite = 1 single bedroom + 1 double bedroom
  • 4-person suite = 2 double bedrooms (most common)
  • 6-person suite = 2 single bedrooms + 2 double bedrooms


Price:

  • Shared Double Bedroom (per bed): $75/night
  • Single Bedroom: $85/night
  • Double Bedroom with no roommate: $95/night


You may select a suite style and the number of nights in the "Event Sessions" in the registration form.


Check-in starts: 4:00 pm each day, from Sat 7/12
Last check-out:  NOON each day, until Sun 7/20


Access Cards
Residence Halls (building) are locked 24 hours a day to the public and are only accessible to card holders. For conference groups with adults (18 years old and over), individuals staying on campus will be given access to their individual suite/rooms and their access cards can be programmed to have building access as well. For conference groups with minors (17 years old and younger), we can work with you on their level of access (individual room or building access). Access to the building is completely at your discretion. Please check below who should have access to the residence hall building.

Additional charges:

  • Lost/Broken Access Card $25.00 per card
  • Improper/Late Check-Out $25.00
