Core Conference - Full Registration

Includes all activities Sunday evening to Wednesday evening, including the business lunch and banquet, but excluding workshops and field trips. Meals other than the business lunch and banquet must be purchased separately. Housing, field trips, and workshops are not included.


Early bird: Register between April 5 (9:00am PDT) to May 5, 2025 (11:59pm PDT)

Early bird discount will be automatically subtracted at checkout.

Core Conference - Day and Guest Registration

One day in Monday, July 14 through Wednesday, July 16


Includes all activities as Core Full Registration, except the annual banquet (available for an additional charge). Tuesday’s business lunch is included. All other meals, housing, field trips, and workshops are not included.


GNSI member: $135 per day

Non-GNSI member: $160 per day


We will continue to offer single-day registration after the deadline of June 14, but registration for housing, meals, banquets, etc. will not be available

Workshops and Field Trips

A wide variety of workshops and field trips will be offered this year at the conference, and prices will range from $60–$240 depending on length (half day, full day, or 2 full days), find more details below:
