BOARD POSITIONS

Vice President

The Vice President shall serve for a term of two years, shall act in the place of the President when absent, be Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors, shall become President in the event of the resignation or disability of the President and shall assist the President in the performance of the Presidential duties. The Vice President shall act as liaison between the Board of Directors and the Annual Meeting Planning Committee. The Vice President shall be a member of all Editorial Boards and solicit articles.
