Workshop - The Nature Of Drawing Birds

Event Date:
March 2, 2019 - 9:00am to March 3, 2019 - 5:00pm

Guild of Natural Science Illustrators - Great Plains Chapter presents:

The Nature Of Drawing Birds

with Linda M. Feltner, Instructor
Kearney, Nebraska

Birds catch our imagination and inspire creativity. Beginning with foundation basics, our study will encompass their unique characteristics and distinguishing traits.  Drawing both form and detail, we’ll compare types, coloration and adaptations that allow them to survive and flourish.

Live birds in the classroom allow us to observe movement and balance, as well as adds freshness and inspiration to our experience.

“One of the most significant classes I've ever had!"
-B. McKee.
